What is NefiSwap?
NefiSwap is an exchange for crypto and everyday money. You can swap crypto to fiat (for example BTC to PayPal or USDT to SEPA), fiat to crypto, or crypto to crypto — with the rate, fees and limits shown before you pay.
What's the difference between Swap and Convert?
Swap exchanges crypto and fiat using payment methods like bank transfers and e-wallets, and you receive exactly the amount shown. Convert exchanges between crypto assets, and you choose a fixed or floating rate. See the User manual for a full comparison.
Do I need an account?
You can place an order without an account by entering your email. An account lets you keep your order history together and manage order notifications.
Which coins, networks and payment methods do you support?
The full, up-to-date list is in the Swap and Convert forms — open the "You send" and "You receive" selectors to see every option. Supported options can change over time.
Orders and payments8 أسئلة
How do I create an order?
Choose what you send and what you receive, enter your payout details and email, check the summary, accept the Rules and the AML/KYC Policy, and confirm. You'll get an order ID and the payment details.
How long does an exchange take?
It depends on the blockchain network and the payment method. Crypto deposits need network confirmations; bank transfers and e-wallets have their own processing times. You can follow every step on your order page.
How do I pay for my order?
For crypto, send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, to the address shown — including the memo or tag if there is one. For fiat, follow the payment instructions on your order page. Pay before the deadline shown on the order.
What happens if I don't pay before the deadline?
The order expires. Don't send funds to an expired order — create a new one instead. If you already sent funds, contact [email protected] with your order ID.
How can I track my order?
Open Track an order and enter your order ID, or open the order from your account. You'll see three statuses: the order status, the sending status (your payment) and the receiving status (your payout).
What do the order statuses mean?
| الحالة | المعنى |
|---|---|
| Created | your order has been created. |
| Awaiting payment | we are waiting for your deposit. |
| Processing | your deposit is received and your payout is being prepared. |
| Completed | your payout is complete. |
| Expired | the deposit deadline passed. |
| Cancelled | the order was stopped. |
| Failed | the order could not be completed. |
| Refunded | the payment was refunded. |
Can I cancel an order after paying?
Once your payment is received, the order is processed and usually can't be cancelled. Contact [email protected] with your order ID as soon as possible and we'll check what can be done.
Rates and fees4 أسئلة
How is the exchange rate calculated?
The rate is based on current market prices and is shown before you confirm. In Swap you receive exactly the amount shown. In Convert, a fixed rate locks your amount, while a floating rate follows the market until the exchange happens.
Why can my final amount differ from the estimate?
Only with a floating rate in Convert: the market can move between creating the order and the exchange, so the final amount may be slightly higher or lower. Choose a fixed rate if you want an exact amount.
What fees do you charge?
All NefiSwap fees are shown before you confirm and are already included in the amount you receive. Optional add-ons have their own fees, shown when you choose them. Your bank, wallet or the blockchain may charge their own fees.
Are there minimum and maximum amounts?
Yes, limits depend on the asset, network and payment method. The form tells you if your amount is too low or too high.
Crypto deposits5 أسئلة
Which network should I use?
Always use the exact network shown on your order, for example BEP20 or TRC20. Check that your wallet or exchange sends on the same network before you send.
What happens if I send on the wrong network?
Funds sent on the wrong network may be lost and recovery isn't guaranteed. Contact [email protected] with your order ID and transaction hash right away.
What is a memo or tag?
Some networks need an extra code (memo, tag or destination tag) to match your payment to your order. If your order shows one, include it. If we receive your funds without it, we'll continue your order; if the funds are lost because the memo was missing or wrong, they can't be recovered.
What is a transaction hash (TXID)?
It's the unique ID of your blockchain transaction. You'll find it in your wallet's history. Share it with support if you need help with a deposit.
What if I send less or more than the order amount?
If you send less, the order may be recalculated for the amount received, or refunded. If you send more, the extra may be refunded or added to the order after review. See the Rules for details.
Safety and verification3 أسئلة
Do you verify customers?
We may ask for ID, proof of address or information about the source of funds, as described in our AML/KYC Policy. Verification usually takes 1–10 business days.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are sent after review, minus network and payment fees. Contact [email protected] with your order ID to start.
How do I stay safe?
We only contact you from [email protected] and our official channels. We'll never ask for your passwords or wallet recovery phrase. Always double-check the address and network before you send.
