How to exchange Payeer to crypto with NefiSwap

A practical guide to choosing a Payeer route, checking the quote and receiving network, and following your NefiSwap order without confusing a payment declaration with settlement.

NefiSwap Editorial

Updated:

A Payeer-to-crypto exchange starts with two choices: the balance you will send and the asset and network you want to receive. The options currently available in the NefiSwap widget are the starting point. An asset name alone does not confirm that every currency or network is supported.

1. Choose an available route

Open Swap, select Payeer and the relevant balance currency under You send, then choose the receiving cryptocurrency. If the route is unavailable, choose another supported route or contact Support before sending funds. A directory entry or an old screenshot is not a current payment instruction.

2. Check the amount and quote

Enter the amount you intend to send. Review the displayed minimum and maximum, receiving amount and exchange rate. An example on a public route page is a dated illustration; use the current order quote when making your decision. Do not assume that a quote includes a separate fee charged by your sending wallet or payment service.

3. Match the receiving network

Copy the receiving address from your own wallet's deposit screen and check the exact network. If that screen requires a memo or destination tag, include it as instructed. Do not use another person's address or a network selected only because its fee looks lower.

4. Follow the order instructions

Continue through the order review and use the payment details issued for that order. Check the recipient, amount, currency and reference before confirming payment. Keep the order identifier and the payment receipt. Declaring that you paid does not itself establish that NefiSwap received or settled the funds.

5. Track or ask for help

Follow the order's status page and check your receiving wallet. If you cannot complete payment, or the recorded status does not match your receipt, contact NefiSwap Support with the order identifier. Avoid creating a second payment to resolve an unclear first one. Confirm any execution estimate with Support for the actual route; this guide does not promise a fixed settlement time.

Read Payeer, currency and network as separate choices

Payeer is the payment method; USD, EUR or another listed balance currency is the asset being exchanged. These two details are not interchangeable. A USD route does not authorize you to pay the same numerical amount from a different currency balance. On the receiving side, the cryptocurrency ticker and its network are also separate choices. Selecting USDT on BNB Smart Chain describes a different delivery route from selecting USDT on TRON, even though both use the same ticker.

Write down the route in one line before continuing: sending method, sending currency, receiving asset and receiving network. If the result cannot be written unambiguously, return to the selectors. The exchange directory provides network-specific examples; the widget determines whether the selected combination can currently return a quote. A visible currency elsewhere in the catalog does not establish that every pair involving that currency is executable.

Understand a dated example without treating it as an offer

The public catalog checked on 6 October 2026 listed 18 distinct crypto assets across 31 asset-and-network entries and five fiat currencies for Swap. Those figures describe the configured catalog on that date, not a promise that all mathematical combinations work. Quote calculations can reject a route because of limits or provider conditions. We keep unavailable examples out of the promoted directory rather than presenting them as active offers.

Suppose your chosen Payeer route shows a sending minimum of 200 USD. Entering 100 USD is outside that displayed interval, regardless of whether another Payeer route accepts it. Conversely, passing the sending minimum is not sufficient when a receiving method has its own limits. For example, a conversion into another fiat currency may produce a receiving amount below that method's minimum. The order must pass the complete route checks. Do not split, round or change the declared currency to get around a rejected calculation.

Compare fees using the same amount and destination

For a useful comparison, keep the sending amount, receiving asset and receiving network identical. Read the estimated delivery amount and the fee labels shown by the quote. Then check whether Payeer applies an additional charge when you initiate payment. A cost quoted in dollars and a cost quoted in cryptocurrency cannot simply be added as bare numbers. Preserve their units and distinguish an estimated exchange result from a completed transfer receipt.

A hypothetical worksheet can contain three rows: the amount specified in the NefiSwap order, the total your payment service will debit, and the amount the quote estimates will arrive at the destination. Differences between these rows describe different stages. They do not automatically identify an error. If an unexpected charge appears, ask which service charges it and whether it is already included in the displayed receive estimate before proceeding.

Review, pay and confirm the correct stage

Continue only after the widget accepts the amount and presents the route details. Review the destination address character by character against the destination's deposit page, including any required tag. Check the rate mode and any expiry shown. A quote can expire while you are reading or preparing payment; refresh it through the normal flow instead of assuming an old estimate remains binding.

Once the order provides payment instructions, use those instructions for that order. Keep its reference separate from a Payeer payment identifier: both may be useful, but they identify different records. If the interface lets you declare that payment was sent, that declaration is a request to check payment. It is not a substitute for receipt verification, and it does not mean the receiving cryptocurrency has already been delivered.

Handle a mismatch before it becomes a second payment

If you paid a different amount or currency, preserve the receipt and contact Support through the official contact page. State the order reference, intended route, actual paid amount and payment identifier. Do not compensate by making an additional transfer unless the existing order's official instructions require it. If you have not paid yet and the route changes, start from a fresh review rather than reusing a recipient copied from a previous order.

When the order says completed, compare the recorded delivery information with the destination wallet's history. A wallet may need to update its interface or apply its own crediting process. When the two records differ, provide the order reference and relevant transaction identifier to Support. Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key or login password as proof of payment.

Questions before a first Payeer exchange

Can I use any Payeer balance?

Use a currency and route currently offered by the widget. Different balances can have different rules. A method name alone does not authorize another currency.

Is the execution time fixed?

This guide has no verified numerical settlement promise. Ask for the estimate for your actual route after payment confirmation. Payment receipt, exchange processing and destination credit are different stages.

Can I skip verification?

Requirements vary by route and provider. Read the AML / KYC policy and the instructions presented during your exchange. An older profile description is not the controlling requirement.

Where should I go next?

Start with the Swap widget, use the user manual for the complete flow, and keep the order tracking page available after creating an order.
