Convert FAQ

What's the difference between Swap and Convert?

Swap exchanges crypto and fiat using payment methods like bank transfers and e-wallets, and you receive exactly the amount shown. Convert exchanges between crypto assets, and you choose a fixed or floating rate. See the User manual for a full comparison.

How long does an exchange take?

It depends on the blockchain network and the payment method. Crypto deposits need network confirmations; bank transfers and e-wallets have their own processing times. You can follow every step on your order page.

How can I track my order?

Open Track an order and enter your order ID, or open the order from your account. You'll see three statuses: the order status, the sending status (your payment) and the receiving status (your payout).

What fees do you charge?

All NefiSwap fees are shown before you confirm and are already included in the amount you receive. Optional add-ons have their own fees, shown when you choose them. Your bank, wallet or the blockchain may charge their own fees.

Which network should I use?

Always use the exact network shown on your order, for example BEP20 or TRC20. Check that your wallet or exchange sends on the same network before you send.

What is a memo or tag?

Some networks need an extra code (memo, tag or destination tag) to match your payment to your order. If your order shows one, include it. If we receive your funds without it, we'll continue your order; if the funds are lost because the memo was missing or wrong, they can't be recovered.

Know where your exchange stands

Keep your order reference and tracking link. Review the status and instructions from payment to payout.
